Shipping and Return Policy

Customer Satisfaction:

Customer satisfaction is the heart and soul of our business. We believe
that a piece of jewelry should stand the test of time. If there are any
problems with one of our designs know that we offer a *limited lifetime warranty
on the construction of our designs. Just notify us via e-mail
or phone (504) 571-5983 and we will be happy to repair the item.

Shipping:

We ship most orders within 1-2 days after receiving the order. If an item is not available for immediate shipment we will notify you through e-mail or call you.
We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders received after 2:00 p.m. will be
shipped the next business day. Ground shipments may take up to 7-10 days
to reach their destination. Orders that require two day shipping must be placed before 2:00 p.m. CST. We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.

We do accept international orders and orders to Alaska & Hawaii. Please e-mail
us or call us for a rate quote. All orders in the continental United States will be shipped USPS priority mail unless other wise notified. For any
special delivery needs please contact us.

Return Policy:

We, at Blue Alligator Designs,LLC, value our customers and we want
you to be happy with your purchase. We will gladly offer store credit for an item returned within 30 days of purchase and accompanying original sales receipt We will not accept any return without the receipt! There will be NO returns or exchanges on worn pieces.
